The full recruitment approach involves screening, interviewing, and short listing of appropriate candidates together with preparing a report on the technical and interpersonal skills of the short listed candidates.
- In this approach, we can assist you in the following ways:
- discuss, update and obtain approval of the job profile, technical and interpersonal skills for the position
- assist in drafting an advertisement for placement in the local dailies or circulate to our wide network
- prepare a long list report of likely suitable candidates for interview,
- conduct interviews of suitably qualified and screened candidates, with the objective of recommending the successful candidates
- prepare and deliver to you a technical and interpersonal skills report of short listed candidates
- assist in scheduling of 2nd interviews to be conducted by yourselves
